Learning Hub Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order to us. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide products to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information. If you think that there is a mistake in these terms, please contact us to discuss.
We are Teach and Travel Group Ltd trading as LoveTEFL, i-to-i and TEFLCourses.com. Our company registration number is 7935847 and our registered office is at 4th Floor, Wilson House, Lorne Park Road, Bournemouth, BH1 1JN, UK. Our registered VAT number is 202707349.

If we have to contact you we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the email address or postal address you provided to us in your order.
“Writing” includes emails. When we use the words “writing” or “written” in these terms, this includes emails.
Our Privacy Policy showing how we use your data applies to your use of the Learning Hub and can be read at https://lovetefljobs.com/privacy-policy/.
- Access the free tier of the Learning Hub is free provided that you accept these terms and conditions. We will contact you with information about the opportunities to access the paid tier of the Learning Hub from time to time and you may opt out of these communications at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
- You will need to set up an account to access the free tier. We will not store your password. The responsibility for keeping your password safe is yours.
Access to the paid tier of the Learning Hub can be gained at any time by any person on payment of the Fee. If you pay by card, you confirm that you have the permission of the cardholder to pay the Fee.
The amount of the Fee and the duration of access to the paid tier per fee are each identified on the Learning Hub home page from time to time.
Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you to accept it with an Order Confirmation email.
Should you sign up to the paid tier but then change your mind, and you have not started downloading the digital content, then provided that you notify us in writing at [email protected] within 14 days of subscribing to the paid tier we will refund your fee in full by the same method as you used to pay for it and cancel your subscription.
You do not require any specified level of formal qualification to access the Learning Hub. We recommend that you sign up to the free tier so as to enable you to decide whether your level of English language proficiency and related skills is sufficient to enable you to obtain a benefit from signing up to the paid tier.
All resources on the Learning Hub that involve answering questions about TEFL teaching and language proficiency are automatically marked and/or will prompt you to make your own reflections on your submissions. We do not provide any tutor service on the Learning Hub.
You acknowledge that Courses are not accredited or regulated by any body.

Teach and Travel Group Ltd is the owner of all copyright and all other intellectual property rights of whatever nature in the materials within the Learning Hub. All rights are reserved. You agree not to use any materials from the Learning Hub other than for the purpose of study. In particular, you may not use any part of the content of the Learning Hub in original or amended form for any commercial purpose.
Our trade marks including, in particular, i-to-i, LoveTEFL and associated logos are registered in various jurisdictions. You may not use them or confusingly similar signs in the course of trade without our express permission.
The Learning Hub may include information and materials uploaded by other users of the site, including to bulletin boards and chat rooms. This information and these materials have not been verified or approved by us. The views expressed by other users on our site do not represent our views or values.
Whenever you make use of a feature that allows you to upload content to our site, or to make contact with other users of our site, you must comply with the content standards set out in our Acceptable Use Policy.
You warrant that any such contribution does comply with those standards, and you will be liable to us and indemnify us for any breach of that warranty. This means you will be responsible for any loss or damage we suffer as a result of your breach of warranty.
Any content you upload to our site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. You retain all of your ownership rights in your content, but you are required to grant us a limited licence to use, store and copy that content on the Learning Hub.
We also have the right to disclose your identity to any third party who is claiming that any content posted or uploaded by you to our site constitutes a violation of their intellectual property rights, or of their right to privacy.
We have the right to remove any posting you make on our site if, in our opinion, your post does not comply with the content standards set out in our Acceptable Use Policy.
You are solely responsible for securing and backing up your content.
We do not store terrorist content.
We do not guarantee that our site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.
You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform to access our site. You should use your own virus protection software.
You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to our site. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities, and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our site will cease immediately.
You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it.
You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.
You must not establish a link to our site in any website that is not owned by you.
Our site must not be framed on any other site, nor may you create a link to any part of our site other than the home page.
We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.
The website in which you are linking must comply in all respects with the content standards set out in our Acceptable Use Policy.

If you are a business user, we exclude all implied conditions, warranties, representations or other terms that may apply to our site or any content on it.
We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with:
- use of, or inability to use, our site; or
- use of or reliance on any content displayed on our site.
In particular, we will not be liable for:
- loss of profits, sales, business, or revenue;
- business interruption;
- loss of anticipated savings;
- loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation; or
- any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
If you are a consumer user: Please note that we only provide our site for domestic and private use. You agree not to use our site for any commercial or business purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
If defective digital content that we have supplied, damages a device or digital content belonging to you and this is caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill, we will either repair the damage or pay you compensation. However, we will not be liable for damage that you could have avoided by following our advice to apply an update offered to you free of charge or for damage that was caused by you failing to correctly follow installation instructions or to have in place the minimum system requirements advised by us.
We reserve the right to change the content of the Learning Hub from time to time.
We may withdraw all or part of the Learning Hub at any time. If you paid for access less than 2 months before the date of withdrawal, we will refund the fee you paid.
We hereby limit our liability in relation to all claims arising from your use of the Learning Hub to the fees paid by you as at the date when you become aware of the claim.
This contract is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms. Neither of us will need to get the agreement of any other person in order to end the contract or make any changes to these terms.
Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
These terms are governed by English law and is subject to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. If you live in Scotland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Learning Hub in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Learning Hub in either the Northern Irish or the English courts.
