Job description

 

  • Motivating the students to speak English to you.
  • Globalizing the youth of Japan
  • Helping the students to understand English better.
  • Assisting Japanese school teachers in their efforts to get students to speak English.
  • Participate in school activities and events.
  • For JHS and SHS students: Prepare students for English speech contests

Salary & benefits

  • Competitive Salary: ¥210,000–¥260,000 per month

Job requirements

Requirements:

  • Associate degree/ bachelor’s degree or higher (Any field)
  • Proficiency in English both written and spoken is required in this role.
  • Japanese Skills: Basic.
  • Passion for Teaching: Enthusiastic about working with kids and teens.
  • TEFL/TESOL Certification: A plus, not required.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable adjusting to new cultures and work settings.
  • Communication Skills: Good at interacting with students and colleagues.
  • Organizational Skills: Able to plan and conduct engaging lessons.
