English TEFL Teacher

Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English TEFL Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language and a genuine enthusiasm for teaching. This role involves fostering a positive learning environment, engaging students in meaningful discussions, and helping them develop their reading, writing and speaking skills. The teacher will be responsible for creating lesson plans for 3 hours of lessons each morning. The afternoon will consist of supervising pre organised activities for the group.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans
• Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that inspire students to appreciate the English language.
• Provide constructive feedback to students to support their learning journey.
• Create a supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
• Have a good knowledge of London (live in or around) to easily navigate students to various pre organised activities .

Job requirements

Qualification requirements:

• 2 A levels or degree + TEFL Cambridge CELTA
• 2 A levels or degree + PGCE
• English or Foreign Language teacher with QTS status
• 2 A levels or degree + TEFL Trinity College TESOL

General Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to engage students with diverse backgrounds and learning needs.
• Experience in teaching English or related subjects is advantageous but not mandatory.
• A commitment to fostering an inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued.
