Job description

  • I am not a native English speaker, but I speak English fluently. Am I still eligible to apply? Definitely! If you are a fluent English speaker, and meet the relevant job requirements, feel free to apply. We are open to accepting all nationalities so long as they meet our requirements.
  • Can I ever take a holiday? Yes, but you should notify us 14+ days in advance.
  • Will I be provided with teaching materials? Yes! We have our super fun Charlie curriculum which is based around Cambridge Starters, Movers, and Flyers, as well as phonics, Minecraft and singing courses.
  • What are the system requirements? Teachers are required to have a modern laptop or desktop computer (Mac or PC is fine) with a minimum of 4gb RAM. You should also have 15mbps upload and download speed, and a working webcam and microphone. You can test your download speed at www.speedtest.net.
  • What payment methods does All Right offer? Payments are done on bi-weekly basis via PayPal, Payoneer or in another way discussed in the interview.

Job requirements

Who are we looking for?
Passionate
Adores kids and teaching. Is a lifelong learner. Willing to enjoy their job on both weekdays and weekends.
Qualified
Has ESL teaching experience or a teaching certificate. A Bachelor’s degree or higher. Foreign language skills and a C1 in English.
Connected
Has a suitable workspace with an internet-connected computer with webcam capabilities. Knows how web conferencing (Skype and similar) works
Available
Can to teach for at least 15 hours per week during peak hours in the UTC+1 time zone (16:00 to 21:00 Monday to Friday, and 11:00 to 21:00 on weekends)
