Talent-E

Without the TLE team, I would not be in China. Moving from home is an extremely daunting task with rules that I am unfamiliar with. The TLE team was extremely communicative and reassuring throughout the whole process. I truly couldn’t ask for much more from them. Within two days of arriving in China, I was settled in my new apartment and was paired with my school before arriving. I am very satisfied with the school they selected for me as I love my coworkers and the environment that I work in. Beyond work, TLE creates a community of foreign teachers within the agency by hosting seasonal retreats and events centered around teachers making connections, feeling some sense of family during holiday seasons, and having fun. TLE makes problems disappear and creates a level of comfort in a foreign country that is unmatched. THANK YOU TLE!

To the TLE Team, who have been nothing but warm and kind to me, I give only my utmost thanks. Before I left my country, I was utterly terrified. Taking such a huge step, changing the trajectory of my life in such a significant way, truly weighed on my heart. Was I making the right choice? Was I ready for what was to come? Would I have the support I needed in a country where I'd be, and possibly feel, entirely alone? All of these questions have been answered. With TLE at my back, I fear nothing. I only need to look to the future with a smile and a willing heart, and I have all the support I could ever need. So truly, from the bottom of my heart, thank you, TLE, for the opportunity you've given me.

This last year living in Shenzhen, China has gone by so quickly. The friendships I have made while living here, not only with other foreign teachers but also with Chinese friends meant that I have decided to stay here for another year. Talent-E have supported me every step of the way, from before arriving in China to the present day. Talent-E are not just my agents they are my friends. As I said before they are only ever one phone call or message away whenever I need them whatever time of day or night. Without Talent-E I would not have adjusted so easily to life here in China. I truly believe they will be friends for life.
